Espanyol full-back Victor Alvarez has left the club to join Russian outfit Arsenal Tura on a two-year deal, it has been confirmed.
The 24-year-old has played the entirety of his professional career for the Catalan outfit since making his senior debut in 2011, and had amassed 90 first-team appearances.
However, he only started two La Liga fixtures last season as he failed to find favour under new Coach Quique Sanchez Flores.
Alvarez is the latest player to depart Espanyol this summer following the releases of Salva Sevilla and Jose Antonio Reyes, alongside the exits of Ruben Duarte, Mamadou, Roberto Jimenez and Joan Jordan.
