Andoni Iraola believes that his Atletico Madrid side can’t ‘go crazy’ when they face Real Sociedad this evening.
Los Leones travel to face their Basque rivals tonight, but the defender has insisted that his men have to play their usual game despite the derby atmosphere.
“We like to play with a rhythm,” he told reporters. “We have to stick to that rhythm – we can’t go crazy.
“It’s going to be a good game between two attacking sides. All the ingredients are there for the fans to enjoy a good match.
“We just want to accumulate as many points as possible and try to get as close as possible to our target.
“We’re still in the first round of matches. Not until there are seven or eight games to go can we talk [about Europe].
“Today is just another match to add to that.”
