Nacho Fernandez set for Champions League comeback

Real Madrid defender Nacho Fernandez is set to return to the match day squad for the midweek Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Spanish international has not featured for Zinedine Zidane´s side since the October 1 tie with Club Brugge, after suffering an injury in training.

However according to reports in Marca, he has now returned to full training, and could be included in the squad to face PSG at the Santiago Bernabeu on November 26.

Nacho joined in with the squad´s recovery session following their 3-1 La Liga win over Real Sociedad at the weekend, however Gareth Bale did not take part in the session.

Bale came on as a second half substitute against Imanol Alguacil´s side, however Zinedine Zidane opted to rest him from training following a busy week of international duty with Wales.

Fellow substitutes Toni Kroos and Isco did take part, and are both expected to be included in the squad for Wednesday.
