Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has recalled Portuguese star Joao Felix to matchday to face Granada this weekend.
The 20-year old has not featured for Los Rojiblancos since suffering an ankle injury in the 1-1 La Liga draw at home to Valencia on October 19.
However, Simeone confirmed that he underwent an intensive physiotherapy schedule during the interview break, according to reports in Marca.
And the former Benfica man is now fit for a first team return for the trip to the Nuevo Estadio de los Cármenes.
Despite the positivity of Felix's comeback, Simeone is still missing a number of other key names.
Diego Costa remains out following surgery, alongside Stefan Savic, Jose Gimenez and Sime Vrsaljko, with Saul Niguez and Thomas Partey suspended.
