Santiago Solari would ‘love’ Premier League move

Former Real Madrid boss Santiago Solari has revealed he would love to manage a Premier League side in the future.

Solari was dismissed from his post in March, after taking over from Julen Lopetegui at the Santiago Bernabeu in October 2018, with Zinedine Zidane replacing him until the end of the 2018-19 campaign.

However he is keen to return to first team management, and the former Spanish international told an interview with the Daily Mail, via Diario AS, that he would be open to a move to England.

"I would love to manage in the Premier League."

"I watch a lot of Premier League matches, and it is a top league."

"The league is experiencing a high point in its history."

"It has many of the best players and coaches in world football, and it had two of its teams in the Champions League final last season."

Solari sparked rumours of a move to the Premier League after he was spotted at Stamford Bridge earlier this month, during Chelsea's win over Crystal Palace, however he is yet to be linked with a job in English football.
