Ernesto Valverde will start rotating his Barcelona side ahead of the weekend clash against Granada, report El Mundo Deportivo.
Seven players have started every match for the Blaugrana this season – Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, Nelson Semedo, Gerard Pique, Clement Lenglet, Jordi Alba, Frenkie de Jong and Antoine Griezmann.
Another player, Sergio Busquets, has also started every game since missing the opening day of the season but with the Champions League now underway, rotations are set to begin.
The first will be a forced rotation with Alba out injured and Junior Firpo – a summer signing from Real Betis – set to start his first game for the club.
Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez are also both now fit and ready for a return to first-team action on a permanent basis, although Ousmane Dembele remains unavailable.
The report claims that midfielder Ivan Rakitic – who is yet to start for the side this season – is also set to be restored to the team’s starting line-up.
