Make or break period for Real Madrid

Real Madrid have their work cut out with seven key matches in just a 22 day spell.

Like London buses – you wait for one for ages and then suddenly two or three come at once.

This is a smiliar issue for Real Madrid as after a wait of two weeks for a competitive match from the international break, suddenly arrive a host of important matches on the horizon.

Coach Zinedine Zidane hasn't made the best of starts this season but has a full calender ahead to rectify that bad spell.

During this busy period, The Whites will have five matches in La Liga and two in the Champions League which will give a greater indication of how their season could pan out.

The countdown begins firstly, on the 14th September when The Whites have a home tie with Levante. Four days later they start their bid for Champions League glory away against PSG.

On the 22nd, they travel to Andalucía to take on Sevilla followed by a home league tie midweek on the 25th against Osasuna.

The Whites then have an important derby clash away with city rivals Atlético de Madrid on the 28th.

Thr month of October slates Real to face Club Brugge at the Santiago Bernabéu in the Champions League on the 1st October followed by a home league game against Granada on the 5th.

A make or break period for all concerned at Real Madrid.
