Real Betis forward Borja Iglesias ruled out of FC Barcelona clash

Real Betis will be without striker Borja Iglesias for their trip to FC Barcelona tonight.

Iglesias followed new Real Betis manager Rubi from Espanyol this summer, joining the Andalucian side in a €28m deal, and he made his club debut in their opening day defeat at home to Real Valladolid.

However the former Real Zaragoza forward was withdrawn at half time in that game, after suffering an ankle injury, and he was rated as doubtful for the trip to the Camp Nou.

Rubi has now confirmed that the 26-year old will miss the game, after he left him out of the travelling squad due to ongoing concerns over the injury, despite returning to training.

Goal keeper Joel Robles is also out for the visitors, as he begins a three game suspension following a red card against Sergio Gonzalez's side, however Aissa Mandi, Andres Guardado and Sergio Canales are all back in the match day squad.
