Real Madrid will rest midfielder Luka Modric for their Copa del Rey quarter final second leg away at Girona tonight.
With Champions League and La Liga fixtures beginning to rack up in the weeks, boss Santiago Solari has opted to rest the Croatian international, with Real already leading 4-2 from the first leg.
Defender Alvaro Odriozola also misses out as Solari looks to tweak things ahead of their La Liga game this weekend, which Dani Carvajal is suspended for. With Carvajal set to start tonight, and Odriozola at the weekend.
Brahim Diaz, Jesus Vallejo and Mariano Diaz are all still ruled out through injury, while Karim Benzema has travelled with the squad and a late decision will be made on his fitness.
