Former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane in the frame for yet another job

Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane has a record few can rival in the game, as a player but particularly as manager of Los Blancos, to date is only coaching job. As he approaches three years out of management, another club is set to try and tempt the Frenchman.

In recent years Zidane has been linked with Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Bayern Munich, but none have come to fruition. For some time it has looked as if he might be the future France manager after Didier Deschamps, but the 2018 World Cup-winner will be in situ until at least the 2026 edition in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

According to Marca, Saudi Arabian giants Al-Nassr are considering sacking Luis Castro as manager, and Zidane has emerged as one of the candidates to replace him. In addition, he has Cristiano Ronaldo vouching for him.

It is not the first time that Saudi sides have looked at Zidane as a potential option, but after seemingly ruling out a number of top jobs in the past, it would be a major surprise if he were to make his return to management away from the summit of the game. That said, Saudi Arabia will certainly make it a lucrative offer for him.
