Real Madrid to receive €6m from La Fabrica talent’s impending Serie A move

Real Madrid have sold numerous academy talents this summer, which has been their way of generating funds without having to part ways with any of the core members of the first team squad. The likes of Rafa Marin, Alex Jimenez and Juanmi Latasa have already left, and they will soon be joined by Nico Paz.

Like Marin, who joined Napoli earlier in the summer, Paz will be heading to Serie A. As revealed by Fabrizio Romano, an agreement between Como and Real Madrid has been reached for the permanent transfer of the Argentine midfielder, with the deal being worth €6m.

Paz failed to permanently break into the Real Madrid first team, despite multiple impressive cameos from the bench. He will now continue his career in Italy, although he could return to the Spanish capital in the future – not only have Los Blancos retained a 50% sell-on clause, they will also have a buy-back option too.
