While the reporting is that this will be a crucial week for the future of Dani Olmo with regard to a move to Barcelona, it looks as if it might actually be decisive for Nico Williams. The Basque winger was their top target, but it seems he will remain at Athletic Club.
As per Relevo, Barcelona still do not have official confirmation of his answer to their proposal, and neither has he informed Athletic of his intentions. However on Monday the 12th of August he is due back in training with Athletic, and Los Leones feel it will me much more unlikely that he goes anywhere if he does come back.
