Spain star Dani Olmo has been linked to a number of sides this summer, but it appears Barcelona are now best-placed to get him signed on the dotted line. However they are yet to reach an agreement with RB Leipzig.
Manchester United and Manchester City have both been linked with Olmo, but appear not have taken their interest much further, whereas Barcelona and Bayern Munich have been in talks for him.
RB Leipzig are still not willing to accept the new offer from Barcelona for Dani Olmo. Leipzig are not happy with the new numbers presented. They demand at least €60m, fair to achieve + add-ons. Olmo wants to join Barcelona over all other options. @Plettigoal

Barcelona have been given a major boost though: Bayern had been in communication with Olmo’s agents, but have stopped talks as of Wednesday, say MD. The Bavarian giants are aware that Olmo is giving Barcelona the chance to complete a deal as his number one priority. In addition, despite Leipzig turning down multiple Barcelona offers, they would prefer him to end up in Catalonia if he is to go. The idea of selling to a direct rival in the Bundesliga is not particularly appealing, and if he is to go to Bayern, they may demand a €60m paid in full immediately.
While there is differing reporting on the value of Barcelona’s latest offer, there is consensus that it has been turned down by Leipzig. The Red Bull franchise will not be shortchanged by Barcelona, and it looks like they to will have to front up the €60m in some form or another. Olmo has agreed a six-year deal with the Catalan side, so there should be no issues there.
