Real Madrid are seeking to speed up a move for Leny Yoro, and have opened talks with Lille for the teenage central defender. The 18-year-old is prioritising a move to Los Blancos despite interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool and Manchester United.

All three of those clubs are of the fact, and that Real Madrid are now in talks over a deal. Recent weeks have seen reports of Lille dropping their asking price by €10-20m from €60m, while Real Madrid seemingly do not want to surpass the €40m mark. Madridistas can afford to be positive though, with Matteo Moretto confirming to Football España that either this week or next they will likely have news on the Yoro front.

With Nacho Fernandez heading to Al-Qadsiah in Saudi Arabia and Rafa Marin undergoing a Napoli medical, Yoro is the player that Real Madrid have settled on to complete their central defence next season. Already Yoro has impressed, with some, including Kylian Mbappe, putting him amongst the best centre-backs in Ligue 1.
