Real Madrid survived a storm of pressure at Wembley Stadium with two late goals securing a 15th European Cup/Champions League title in London.
With the tension eased at full time, Bellingham was visibly moved, during his post match interviews.
The England international has enjoyed a superb first season in Madrid, with 19 league goals, alongside being voted as the La Liga player of the season.
Bellingham paid tribute to the sacrifices his family have made to boost his career with his parents and younger brother Jobe in the stands on a historical night.
Away from the celebrations of lifting a first ever Champions League trophy, Jude sealed a photo with TNT Sports panelist Jose Mourinho, to fulfil a long standing wish for his mother.
“I had to ask Jose to take a picture with my mum, she’s fancied him for years!” he quipped at full time.

Mourinho found himself back at the centre of attention, as part of his media duties at the final, ahead of taking charge at Turkish side Fenerbahce next week.
