Real Madrid are set to sign a contract renewal with Andriy Lunin until 2029 this summer, but there are some doubts whether he will be at the club in a matter of months. According to Relevo, Lunin is not happy about the fact he will warm the bench in the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund, having been one of the key reasons they made it there in the first place. The Ukrainian believes he has legitimate reasons to be frustrated with Carlo Ancelotti as a result.
While it is nobody’s fault that has been isolated as he recovers from his fever this week, the fact he will only see his teammates again on the day of the game (he is set to travel Saturday to lower the risk of infection), it will do little to improve his sense of frustration.
