Real Madrid open to selling star defender Eder Militao

It’s been a tough season for Eder Militao, who missed over seven months after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament in Real Madrid’s fixture against Athletic Club in August. Since returning, his performances have been questionable, although it’s to be expected given the nature of the injury he is coming back from.

However, it appears that Los Blancos officials don’t have much sympathy, as MD have claimed that Militao could be sold in the summer. Their reasoning stems from efforts to keep Rodrygo Goes, whose place is likely to be under threat when Kylian Mbappe arrives from Paris Saint-Germain.

The idea is for Aurelien Tchouameni to be moved back into defence, where he has deputised on numerous occasions this season, which would allow Rodrygo to play more regularly – Jude Bellingham and Federico Valverde could also be pushed deeper, if this were to happen.

It would be a major surprise if Real Madrid were to sell Militao, given that he was seen by many as one of the best centre-backs in the world before his ACL injury. If they do take the approach of moving him on, he would surely not be short of suitors.

  1. Lmao according to mundo deportivo, a cataIani🪳l based freshly sha* sh*t of a paper.

The reasoning actually stems from some junkie at redaction, soothsaying in a cup coffee grounds after inhaling a huge amount of glue vapors, ramblings which another junkie jotted down and made an article of.

You have to laugh at this level of journalism.
