WATCH: Two goals in three minutes has Girona on course to secure Champions League football

Barcelona had been in a good position to pull clear in second, having led 2-1 against closest rivals Girona at Montilivi. However, they have now conceded two goals in as many minutes, with the home side now 3-2 up.

Andreas Christensen and Artem Dovbyk traded goals in the opening four minutes, before Robert Lewandowski had Barcelona back in front just before half time.

However, Girona have now gone bang-bang in the second period. Firstly, Christian Portu fired home 30 seconds after coming on following a dreadful error from Sergi Roberto – he was excellently set up by Dovbyk, who adds an assist to his earlier goal.

A minute later, Portu turned provider as Miguel Gutierrez fired home a deflected effort to make it 3-2.

What an incredible turnaround from Girona, and they are on course to leapfrog Barcelona in the standings, securing Champions League football in the process. It would also mean that Real Madrid are officially La Liga champions.
