Paris Saint-Germain defender Juan Bernat has confessed he would one day like to return to his boyhood club Valencia.
The 25-year-old left Los Che for Bayern Munich in the summer of 2014 before joining the Parisian outfit last summer.
“Valencia are the club of my heart – where I grew up, where I developed,” Bernat told Movistar, as cited by ESPN.
“It was better for me to leave and to progress my career elsewhere and I am a professional who has enjoyed amazing opportunities and potential.
“I cannot say a date, but one day I would love to return to Valencia and to win a trophy with the club.”
Bernat scored three goals across 74 first-team appearances at the Mestalla.
