Sevilla have officially agreed a deal worth just over €1m to sign striker Munir El Haddadi from Barcelona, pending a medical.
“FC Barcelona and Sevilla FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Munir El Haddadi. The Andalusian club will pay FC Barcelona 1,050,000 euros to sign the striker,” confirmed a statement from the Blaugrana.
“The Club would like to thank Munir El Haddadi for his dedication and commitment and wishes him all the best for the future.”
Munir made a total of 56 appearances for Barcelona and won the Liga twice, the Copa del Rey twice, a Champions League, a FIFA Club World Cup, a UEFA Super Cup and two Spanish Super Cups.
The 23-year-old's contract was due to expire in June.
