Arsenal forward Joel Campbell, who spent last season on loan at Real Betis, is undergoing a medical at Serie A club Frosinone.
The 26-year-old spent last season on loan at Los Verdiblancos but endured an injury-ridden campaign, netting just twice in nine appearances with just two La Liga starts.
The Costa Rican international has had a nomadic career with various loan spells at Lorient, Real Betis, Olympiacos, Villarereal and Sporting CP.
Campbell has already agreed three-year contract with Frosinone and arrived at the Villa Stuart clinic in Rome for his medical this morning.
