Florent Sinama Pongolle has confirmed he wants to return to Recreativo de Huelva a decade after leaving the club.
The 33-year-old spent two seasons at El Decano – Spain’s oldest club – and netted 22 La Liga goals across two campaigns between 2006 and 2008.
The Frenchman, who has also played in Spain with Atletico Madrid and Real Zaragoza, has reported on his own Twitter account that he wants to return to the Andalusian club.
Sinama Pongolle – who has been capped once by his nation – is currently playing for Thai club Chainat Hornbill.
