Experienced defender Alexis has left Alaves and agreed a two-year deal with Al Ahli in Saudi Arabia, say reports in Spain.
The 32-year-old has agreed a two-year deal at the Middle East club where he will join Jose Manuel Jurado, who has departed Espanyol for Al Ahli.
The central defender, who can also play at left-back, made 63 appearances for the Basque club since joining from Besiktas in 2016 and helping Alaves twice avoid relegation.
Starting his career at Malaga, Alexis represented Spain at Under-21 level and also enjoyed stints at Getafe, Valencia and Sevilla.
