Boca Juniors president Daniel Angelici has confirmed the club will try to sign Sevilla midfielder Guido Pizarro this summer.
The Argentine joined Los Rojiblancos in an €8m deal from Mexican club Tigres last summer, making 40 appearances and netting two goals – including a last-minute equaliser against Liverpool.
“We will ask about the conditions for Pizzaro,” Angelici is cited as saying by Estadio Deportivo.
“Experience tells us we should not rush but we should prepare for what we want, so with Pizarro and Milan’s Gustavo Gomez we will try to find out what we need.”
The 28-year-old may be sold if the club can recoup their transfer fee, according to the report.
