Inter want to extend their current temporary deals for Rafinha and Joao Cancelo, according to the club’s sporting director Piero Ausilio.
Cancelo joined the Nerazzurri on a season-long loan deal from Valencia in August while Barcelona’s Rafinha arrived in Milan on a loan deal in January.
“We promised not to talk about the transfer market until May 20, and that goes for both players coming in or going out,” Ausilio told Mediaset Premium.
“Rafinha and Joao Cancelo are important players for Inter, we want to build the future and know these are very high buy-out clauses, but we’ll work out our strategies later on.”
The Milanese giants are thought to have a €35m option to sign Portuguese international Cancelo before July, while reports suggest a similar arrangement with Barca for Rafinha.
