Andreas Pereira will reject any chance of returning to Manchester United this month to remain at Valencia, he has confirmed.
The Brazilian midfielder has the option of returning to Old Trafford halfway through his season-long loan deal at the Mestalla but after Tuesday’s Copa Del Rey victory over Las Palmas, he clarified his own position.
“Right now I think United are in Dubai, so I doubt Mourinho saw the game,” Pereira told reporters, as cited by Marca.
“I want to stay in Valencia and win the Copa with this side and tonight I really enjoyed playing with Luciano (Vietto), we understand each other very well.”
The 22-year-old has featured in 20 games for Los Che this season, helping to propel them into the top three in La Liga.
