Barcelona have sold highly-rated South Korean Lee Seung-Woo to Italian club Hellas Verona but have retained a buyback option for two years.
The diminutive winger initially joined the Catalan club as an 13-year-old in 2011 and has progressed through La Masia into the club’s B team.
With 20 goals across 34 international appearances with South Korean youth teams up to Under-20 level, Lee has attracted plenty of attention with Borussia Dortmund also reportedly interested.
“I would like to continue my development to improve as a footballer,” Lee told Marca in July.
“If I play well for another club, then I might just go back to Barcelona later.”
