Iker Casillas could return to La Liga this summer with Sevilla reportedly ready to pounce for the out-of-contract FC Porto goalkeeper.
The 36-year-old has enjoyed two seasons at the Portuguese giants after a distinguished career at Real Madrid but is now set for a new challenge.
According to El Desmarque, the goalkeeper’s representatives have been in touch with the Andalucians although it is unclear if any deal will be completed as established goalkeeper Sergio Rico is highly-rated at the club and they have ‘little urge’ to change his position.
Last month, reports linked the former Madrid captain with a move to Liverpool but the latest report also suggests there is interest from American clubs.
