Carlos Bacca is said to want Unai Emery’s Paris Saint-Germain over Barcelona, having been touted as an option for the Catalans.
AS cites the Gazzetta dello Sport as reporting Bacca’s desire for PSG and a reunion with Emery, who left Sevilla for the Ligue 1 champions this summer and worked with Bacca for two years at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
It was earlier this week reported that Bacca had come onto Barca’s agenda as the club looks to bolster Luis Enrique’s attacking options, having missed out on Luciano Vietto and Kevin Gameiro.
Potentially blocking Bacca to PSG though is the non-EU quota in force in France, though it’s suggested that may not be an issue much longer as Lucas Moura has Premier League suitors.
Bacca has caught the interest of a number of clubs this summer, including Atletico Madrid before they clinched Gameiro, and Arsenal and West Ham, Milan putting a €30m tag on the forward.
