Valencia could miss out on Luis Nani as Stoke City assistant manager Mark Bowen has confirmed his side’s interest in the Fenerbahce winger.
Nani hinted at a move to Valencia after Portugal’s Euro 2016 campaign only a matter of days ago, but he could be set for a return to the Premier League with Stoke, Mark Hughes’ No 2 hailing the former Manchester United man as “real talent”.
“He probably left the Premier League too early,” Bowen told BBC Radio Stoke.
“He’s still a real talent, as we’ve seen. He’s got the attributes any Premier League team, I would have thought, would be interested in, especially given the form he’s in at the moment.
“He had good times at Man Utd. He was a Champions League winner there.”
