South Korea Coach Uli Stielike doesn’t believe there is another national team quite like Spain in the whole of Europe.
The Red Dragons were routed by La Roja in Austria, conceding six goals and managing only a late reply and former Real Madrid midfielder Stielike admitted his side were outclassed.
“There is no team in Europe at the technical level of Spain. They’re from another world. When you see them play on the field you realise they are spectacular. I didn’t expect the difference to be so much. I wanted to play against a strong team, so we came here,” Stielike said, AS reports.
“We’ve had our eyes opened to the work of football. Europe and Asia are two different worlds of football. We’ve failed as a team, so I won’t criticise anyone individually. The important thing after this defeat is to get back up.”
