Reports in Italy say Juventus are in line to announce the signing of Dani Alves from Barcelona this week.
Mundo Deportivo cites the Gazzetta dello Sport as saying the deal will be for two years with an optional third and pay €3.5m a year plus bonuses, to be announced before the end of the week.
La Repubblica go further and say that Alves will be confirmed a Juve player within 72 hours as he can quit Camp Nou for free before June 5.
Alves’ wife Joana Sanz has reportedly signed with an Italian modelling agency, further fuelling the Alves to Serie A speculation.
The claims come despite Alves’ ex-wife and agent Dinorah Santa Ana insisting there were no plans to leave Barca.
