Sevilla have announced the departure of Gael Kakuta to Chinese club Hebei Fortune for a reported €5m.
Kakuta only joined Sevilla last summer from Rayo Vallecano but went on to play just 184 minutes, and Los Nervionenses have now confirmed a deal has been struck for the 24-year-old to continue his career in China.
The Frenchman follows the likes of Jackson Martinez, Ramires and Alex Teixeira in heading for the lucrative Chinese Super League, which kicks off in April.
