Inter Coach Roberto Mancini has confirmed that his club are interested in signing Sevilla midfielder Ever Banega.
The Argentine will reportedly undergo a medical with the Nerazzurri in the next few days after agreeing personal terms on a Bosman switch, but the deal has been made complicated due to an automatic extension clause kicking in if he plays 30 games this season.
Nonetheless, Mancini told Gazzetta dello Sport: “Ever Banega is a very good and experienced player.
“He has a strong personality and will soon become a free agent, but for now he belongs to Sevilla.
“Do I like Banega? Yes.”
