Valencia have signed Guilherme Siqueira from Atletico Madrid on an 18-month loan, while Lucas Orban has joined Levante until the end of the season.
Siqueira will complete his medical and begin training with his new teammates on Monday, before being unveiled alongside sporting director Jesus Garcia Pitarch.
The 29-year-old, who made his name in Spanish football with Granada, was Atleti’s first-choice left-back last season but became surplus to requirements following Filipe Luis’ return ahead of the present campaign.
Orban, meanwhile, will help Valencia’s neighbours in their battle against relegation, despite reported interest from the likes of Newcastle United and Celta Vigo.
He is the second, high-profile loanee to pitch up at Levante this month after Giuseppe Rossi, who scored in Sunday’s 3-1 defeat at Sevilla.
