Sevilla are reportedly closing in on loan deals for Tottenham Hotspur defender Federico Fazio and Real Madrid winger Denis Cheryshev.
According to Marca, Sevilla have finally reached an agreement with Tottenham over a loan until the end of the season with no purchase option.
It marks a return to Sanchez Pizjuan for the Argentine defender, who spent seven years at the club, before leaving for north London in the summer of 2014.
Sevilla are also understood to be hours away from securing Cheryshev on a similar arrangement.
The Russia international spent the 2013-14 campaign at Los Nervionenses, while his father Dmitri is currently among their coaching staff.
“I think Cheryshev still has a chance of leaving,” Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane said after Sunday’s 6-0 thrashing of Espanyol in La Liga.
“He’s a great player and a guy who works very hard. He needs to play and needs time, so I wish him all the best.
“If he is offered the chance to leave, I’d be delighted for him. We’ll see what happens.”
