The judge in the trial involving former Barcelona President Sandro Rosell, his successor Josep Maria Bartomeu and Neymar has refused a delay.
AS reports Jose de la Mata was asked to postpone the original trial dates of February 1 and 2 as the lawyer for the Barca contingent has a prior commitment.
But the request was refused and Neymar will testify on February 2, the same day as his parents, with Rosell and Bartomeu appearing in court the day before.
The trial is related to Neymar’s move to Barca from Santos and allegations the club didn’t declare the full amount they paid to sign the Brazil international.
DIS, who owned part of Neymar’s registration, allege they are owed money on the transfer as they were paid based on the declared amount, not what they claim is the true amount.
