Pedro Leon’s aims for Getafe this season are to avoid ‘roughing it’ at the bottom of the Primera table.
The winger has been at Coliseum Alfonso Perez for six years now and said he wants this campaign to be like his successful first, not his disastrous last two.
“We’re very excited about this year. We want the fans to support us and hopefully have a good year. I hope to score as many goals as possible and help the team,” AS quotes Leon as saying.
“This is my sixth season here. The first was great because we got into Europe. The next two were a step and the last two have been nothing good. Hopefully we enjoy this year.
“I hope that first season is a mirror in which we look at ourselves and the fans continue to support us as they have in the last few games. The goal is to not rough it and to add as many points as possible and enjoy a nice season.”
