Reports in Croatia and Germany say Alen Halilovic is close to leaving Barcelona for a loan move to Bundesliga side Hamburg.
Mundo Deportivo cites Hamburger Morgenpost as claiming the midfielder is wanted by Hamburg, while the likes of Porto, West Ham, Stoke City, Sporting Lisbon and Grasshoppers Zurich have been mooted.
Hamburg are the only foreign party to have not outright rejected the terms Barca laid out for Halilovic’s transfer, however, as Barca want a guarantee Halilovic will play at least 60% of matches.
If Hamburg don’t give Halilovic the contracted minutes, the fee they pay for the loan will go from €800,000 to €2.4m. Hamburg have yet to agree.
Sporting Gijon have also enquired, MD add, while negotiations between Hamburg and Barca were taking place late last week.
