Atletico Madrid midfielder Josuha Guilavogui says he wants to convert his loan spell with Wolfsburg into a permanent move.
The 24-year-old [pictured, left] joined the Bundesliga outfit from Atleti on a two-year loan agreement last summer, having made just one La Liga appearance for Los Rojiblancos, and told Kicker magazine he hopes the Germans buy his contract and offer him a long-term deal.
“I’ve only spoken to [Atletico boss Diego] Simeone twice in the last five months,” revealed the Frenchman.
“At Wolfsburg I have constant contact with the management, as I have with the Coach, and I hope the club can reach an agreement with Atletico.
“I’d like them to buy me and offer me a contract because I want to remain with Wolfsburg for a long time.”
Guilavogui signed a five-year contract with the Spanish giants in September 2013 after switching from Saint-Etienne in a deal worth a reported €12m.
