Victor Fernandez conceded that while he was pleased with Deportivo La Coruna’s display at Levante, he was ultimately dismayed by their failure to win the match.
Neither team could find the breakthrough at Ciudad de Valencia on Friday, with a 0-0 draw being played out, leaving the Galicians’ Coach in a state of flux after the game.
“We played against tough opponents and defended strongly, so I’m happy about the performance and the attitude we showed, but I’m unhappy about not winning. We’ll continue to work and grow,” he said.
“At the end of the match, I did not see any happiness in the dressing room, which meant that my players wanted to win.”
