Barcelona could be without Lionel Messi and Rafinha for Thursday’s Copa del Rey encounter with Elche after the duo missed training this morning.
La Blaugrana staged an open-doors training session from Miniestadi, albeit without the Argentine forward, who has an upset stomach according to the club’s official website.
The reason for Rafinha's absence, meanwhile, is an ear infection, and Barca doctors are now set to monitor both players over the next few days.
The pair were named as substitutes during Sunday’s 1-0 defeat at Real Sociedad, although Messi came on as a second-half replacement for Munir El Haddadi.
