Edinson Cavani has welcomed the prospect of Angel Di Maria leaving Real Madrid for Paris Saint-Germain and says he’ll be there too.
Cavani has been strongly linked with a move away from the Ligue 1 champions but denies the speculation when speaking to L’Equipe, Marca has reported.
“I feel good here and I’m sure I’ll stay in Paris. Why not? I’m happy and I have a contract,” he said.
On the subject of Di Maria, Cavani was positive towards the Argentina international.
“We’re always looking to add new elements to the team. Di Maria is high quality. A fantastic player. He’d be welcome in Paris,” the striker added.
