Alfred Finnbogason has spoken of his happiness at completing a move from Heerenveen to Real Sociedad.
The Iceland international has signed in at Anoeta, AS reports, after scoring 59 goals in 69 games in the past two seasons in the Dutch League.
“I feel really good and I’m happy to have signed for La Real,” Finnbogason told the club’s official website.
“I really want to train with my new teammates.
“[The club] showed great interest in me and that’s really important for a player. What I perceive from La Real is that it’s a big family, and I’ve seen it from the moment they spoke to me.
“It’s what I’ve always done, score goals, and so I’ll do it for La Real. I’ll do the maximum possible to score a lot of goals for La Real.”
