Real Murcia, Cordoba, Sporting Gijon and Las Palmas are the four Segunda teams contesting the play-offs for a place in the Primera.
Eibar and Deportivo La Coruna had already clinched promotion prior to the final round of games yesterday, Marca reports, and the play-off line-up is now known.
Sporting beat Tenerife 3-0, Las Palmas overcame Ponferradina 3-2, Murcia saw off Real Madrid Castilla 1-0 and Cordoba drew 0-0 with Mallorca, although it was Barcelona B who finished in third place.
The first-legs of the play-offs will take place on Wednesday, with Cordoba hosting Murcia and Sporting travelling to Las Palmas. The return fixtures are on Sunday with the first-leg of the final on June 19 and the second-leg on June 22.
Numancia and Eibar meet tonight, as do Alcorcon and Real Zaragoza, but there is nothing riding on those games with the relegation places also settled.
Mirandes, Madrid Castilla and Real Jaen will play in the third tier next season.
