Barcelona and Roma have agreed compensation for Tony Sanabria, who moved to Italy this month.
The 17-year-old Paraguayan left Camp Nou for the Stadio Olimpico earlier in January and has been loaned by Roma to Sassuolo, Mundo Deportivo reports.
A fee of €4.5m has been settled between the clubs but the structure of the deal means Barcelona could net up to €12m for the player, with much of the figure dependant on bonuses for appearances in Serie A.
Sanabria moved to la Masia in 2009 and played for Barcelona’s B side, as well as training with the seniors.
He made his senior international debut in August 2013 in a 3-3 draw with Germany.
