France Coach Didier Deschamps believes that Joshua Guilavogui’s move to Atletico Madrid will serve him well.
The 22-year-old joined the capital club on Monday from Saint-Etienne, and Les Bleus’ boss has admitted that transfer is a good one.
“Atletico are not just any team,” he told a Press conference. “Guilavogui is obviously going to be less comfortable than at Saint-Etienne.
“There’s going to be a lot of competition at Atletico.
“It’s something that will come in handy for him. In fact, I always tell my players to be more demanding.
“It’s something that makes you a better player and learn faster.”
