Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Montella has admitted he is ‘fed up’ with the situation surrounding striker Adem Ljajic.
The young forward has been heavily linked with a move away from the Viola this summer, with reports linking him with a transfer to Milan or Atletico Madrid.
And the Coach has claimed that he is not interested by the rumours and just wants the player to focus.
““I’m fed up of this situation,” he told a Press conference.
“I think he showed something in the second half of last season, receiving in return the support of his teammates, club and Coach. I have neither the time nor the desire to wait for him, seeing as he’s not calm and focused on his work.”
The fans protested against Ljajic during training on Saturday and the situation is increasingly tense.
“The fans can do what they want to, just like Adem. I don’t think a few jeers can condition a player or a club. At times, jeers are a sign of interest…”
