New Liverpool signing Luis Alberto has claimed that Daniel Agger could fit in at Barcelona, but believes the defender will stay.
The Denmark international has been linked with a move to Camp Nou this summer, and the 20-year-old who joined from Sevilla in June believes the centre-back has what it takes to succeed at the Blaugrana.
“Agger quite surprised me,” he told COPE. .He has good passing out from the back.
“He has the Barca profile – technically he could fit in.
“Agger looks calm though. I think he will stay at Liverpool.
“He didn't comment on the rumours in the dressing room"
