Real Madrid goalkeeper Antonio Adan is reportedly in talks with Sporting CP over a transfer this summer.
The 26-year-old, who featured briefly last season in Iker Casillas’ place before Diego Lopez arrived in January, has already made clear his desire to leave Los Blancos this summer in search of regular football.
It is believed to be the reason for his request to the club to be left in the Spanish capital this fortnight, when the rest of the squad have travelled out to the United States for stage two of their preseason.
On from this, it is understood that Adan has opened negotiations on a move to Sporting CP of Portugal.
The goalkeeper has apparently already been given the green light from Madrid to leave the club on a free this summer, despite having a final year to run on his contract.
His current earnings of €700,000 a year are seen as the reason why those in Spain reportedly interested, such as Valencia, Elche, Almeria and Rayo Vallecano, have not acted.
